TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions form an agreement between Rolling Rock
Casino and its members. Please read the following carefully.
I.By registering and wagering with Rolling Rock Casino you indicate your full
acceptance and understanding of the rules.
II.All members of Rolling Rock Casino must be at least 18 years of age.
III.Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the
responsibility of players to ensure that they understand and fully comply
with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country
or
state.
IV.Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential.
Rolling Rock Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any
member. All information about the players identity and wagers shall remain
confidential. Rolling Rock Casino will not resell or rent it member database to
third parties.
V.Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should
keep their account information confidential. Player shall not allow any
other third person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to
use or re-use player's account, access and/or use any materials or information
from Rolling Rock Casino, accept any prize, or participate in the game. Should
a member give away, share, or lose his account number and/or password
Rolling Rock Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that
account.
VI.Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Members are
limited to one account per person. Any additional accounts set up by
members after their original sign up will be closed by Management, with no
winnings to be paid out on these additional accounts. Using the same credit card on multiple accounts
will lead to the immediate closing of all accounts associated with that credit card for security reasons.
Management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. Management reserves the right
to examine players betting patterns to detect cheating and irregularities. Card counting and/or using computer aided betting devices is considered cheating and will lead the immediate closure of a players account. All wagers are final once accepted by Rolling Rock Casino. Wagers over the maximum allowance for all casino games are subject to approval by management.
VII.All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface
provided by
this casino. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use
of
any electronic gambling aides, is strictly forbidden. In the event that
use of
non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the
right to
invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or
take
any other appropriate action.
VIII. Initial sign up bonuses can only be used for the first purchase.
200% of all bonuses must be wagered in regular game play before they can be redeemed.
Equal chance wagers, such as betting the same amount on red and black in roulette are
considered irregular game play. Management reserves the right to the verify game records
and deem game play regular or irregular before bonus redemption. Rolling Rock Casino only distributes
funds in accordance with the rules and regulations outlined in
the BANKING section of this site.
IX.All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to
change and revision by the management without prior written notice.
X.Management reserves the right to refuse and/or close any account at any
time.
XI.Management reserves the right to close the account and ban any player from the casino,
who is a known fraudulent player by the independent Online Casino Managers' Association
and listed in the negative database of the OCMA.
XII. Accounts with withdrawals over $10,000 are reviewed by an independent, expert surveillance firm and as a result are subject to be delayed. There's a $5000 monthly check payout limit per player. If winnings exceed the monthly maximum check amount player will be paid in monthly instalments.
XIII.Player fully understands, agrees to become a party to, and shall abide
by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein, and such
rules, regulations, terms, and conditions may change from time to time.
